We found this amazing gem on Google and decided to give it a try. The woman who answered the phone when I called to make a reservation was so polite and kind. We showed up a little early and was greeted with such joy and enthusiasm, that set the tone for the night! We asked a few questions about the menu and our server explained everything to us, along with the fan favorites, and of course chef recommendations. We had some time to look over the menu and we ordered chicken samosa for appetizer and for dinner we ordered chicken tikka and afghani style tandoori chicken. Needless to say everything was absolutely incredible. The pictures speak for themselves but we truly enjoyed every bite. It was such a warm and welcoming restaurant and made us feel like we were really in a palace. We will definitely be back!

Fine dining? Not sure. Service? Ok. Food? Good. Chicken biryani is good. Mild spicy is a little too spicy for kids. Tikki masala is good. We dined in during a weekday dinner. Pretty empty but got a bill while we're still eating.

Food here is delicious! My friend and I ordered take out: 1) Black lentils- delicious 2) Plain naan- average but still tasty 3) samosa (order is one piece plus both green and brown chutney) 4) tikka masala- medium was great and flavor was so potent 5) basmati - plus one extra, portions are big so good to have an extra Would definitely eat here again.

First time trying this place. Heard good things and overall it was a good experience. There was a private party going on but we still got seated and waited on right away. Food was good. Butter chicken was good but didn't stand out. Their vegetable samosa was delicious as was their garlic naan. Ambiance is nice for a sit down dinner. Their portions aren't as big as other places I've been to but I went home full. So I guess that depends on your individual need of portion size.

Indian food, we just let the server picked for us. Proteins are chicken, beef and lamb. Carbs are garlic basmati rice and naan. It started with absolutely amazing service, plus delicious full of flavor plates and it's a byob! Great place, definitely will be back

This is my favorite Indian spot in South Jersey. I do typically call and make dinner reservations, especially if it's on a weekend. They have a ton of menu options and let you choose which spice level you want for each dish. Everything I've had has been excellent, whether it was dine-in or takeout. The service is generally pleasant, and prices are reasonable for what you get. I will definitely keep coming here.

I will always love the food here. But my most recent experience was a little bit off putting. Their friendly staff verged on car salesman tactics to push for upgraded, more expensive options. Kids just wanted water but then all of a sudden, gets offered to let them taste their new smoothie. That taste ends up an extra $10 for 2 small glasses. They push you to add appetizers which we reluctantly agreed. Then they kept suggesting side dishes even after you politely say no thanks. To be nice, we agreed to add roti. And then it never showed up until we asked about it as the meal was ending. Again, food was good but that over the top, almost aggressive approach was too much.

I had heard some good things about Nimit Palace from the locals in the Voorhees area on Yelp and finally decided to have some food delivered from there. I ordered some Meat Samosas (nicely seasoned and very similar to what I've had elsewhere), Butter Chicken aka Chicken Makhani (Flavorful enough, but could've used an extra kick spicewise..I ordered it spicy too), Chicken Saag - boneless chicken mixed with creamed spinach & Curry (Pretty good, but not spectacular), Lasooni Gobi (something I've never tried before - very interesting: Fried batter coated Cauliflower tossed in a garlic sauce. Pretty darn good. I'd get it again) and finally Regular and Garlic Naan - both good as I expected. A little pricey and not nearly enough basmati rice for the dishes I ordered. Maybe dining inside is a different experience? I may just eat in next time around.
